Full Rewire
Full Rewire in Cheshire
Commercial and domestic rewires across Cheshire from a NAPIT approved electrician. Part P compliant, fully certified, and supplied with a new consumer unit as standard.
Commercial rewires
An ageing electrical installation in a commercial building is a real liability. Old wiring, overloaded boards and out of date protection can fail inspections, raise insurance concerns and put a business at risk. A full commercial rewire brings the whole installation up to the current 18th Edition standard.
M Stowell Electrical plans commercial rewires around your business so the work is done with as little disruption as possible, in phases where needed, and certified on completion.
- Offices, units, shops and industrial premises
- Phased work to keep you operating
- 18th Edition compliant throughout
- New consumer unit and full certification included
Domestic rewires
If your home still has old rubber or fabric cabling, a fuse box rather than a modern consumer unit, or not enough sockets for how you live, a full rewire is the long term answer. A domestic rewire replaces the wiring throughout the property and brings everything up to current safety standards.
- New wiring throughout the property
- Modern consumer unit with RCD protection included
- Extra sockets, lighting and points where you need them
- Part P compliant and fully certified
For domestic work, M Stowell Electrical is TrustMark registered. TrustMark is the only UK Government endorsed quality scheme for work carried out in and around the home, so you can book your rewire with confidence.
Part P, NAPIT certification and your consumer unit
A rewire is notifiable work under Part P of the Building Regulations. Because M Stowell Electrical is NAPIT approved, the work is self-certifiable, so there is no need to arrange and pay for separate building control sign off. You receive legally valid certification on completion.
Every full rewire includes a new consumer unit to the 18th Edition standard, so your new installation is protected from day one.
