BS7671 and 18th Edition compliance
BS7671 is the British Standard for electrical installations, often called the wiring regulations. The current version is the 18th Edition. Commercial installations must meet this standard, and an EICR will assess your premises against it.
M Stowell Electrical works to the 18th Edition on every job, so your installation is compliant, insurable and safe for staff and customers.
- New installations and alterations to current standards
- EICR testing and inspection
- Maintenance and fault finding

NAPIT approval for commercial work
NAPIT is a government recognised competent person scheme. For commercial clients that means the work is independently assessed, self-certifiable where notifiable, and backed by certificates that insurers and landlords accept without question. It is a straightforward way to prove that your electrical work has been done to the right standard.
Commercial premises across Cheshire also rely on M Stowell Electrical for regular EICR testing, rewires and consumer unit upgrades.
