Your local electrician in Chester
Chester is a busy city with one of the most varied property mixes in the region. Inside the Roman walls you will find period homes, apartments and historic commercial buildings, while the Rows and the city centre are full of retail and hospitality premises. Around the ring road and out towards the business parks there are modern offices and industrial units. That range calls for an electrician who is just as comfortable with older installations as with current commercial work.
Period and listed buildings in Chester often have ageing wiring that benefits from an EICR and, in many cases, a rewire or a consumer unit upgrade. Landlords with city centre flats need valid safety certificates, and local businesses need reliable testing and maintenance that fits around opening hours. M Stowell Electrical handles all of it to the same NAPIT approved standard.
